Monthly rent: (1x monthly rent) + (3 x cleaning and change of towels) + (2x bed linen service) + (1x final cleaning) = CHF 1495.00
Cleaning costs:
- Mandatory cleaning and change of towels every 7 days CHF 25.00
- Mandatory bed linen service every 14 days CHF 25.00
- Additional person CHF 150.00 per week
- Mandatory final cleaning CHF 70.00
- Your private laundry will be washed for CHF 30.00 per machine (washing and drying)
