Right by Bellevue, just a few steps from Lake Zurich, Sechseläutenplatz has been transformed into Bellevue Noël since 2026. The Christmas market is the successor to Zurich’s long-standing ‘Wienachtsdorf’ (Zurich Christmas Village) and impresses with a striking, 50-metre-wide, walk-through Advent wreath made from Swiss timber. At a height of around five metres, visitors can marvel at the festive market atmosphere. Access to the wreath is free, but tickets are required; these can be purchased in advance online or on site. The Advent wreath is wheelchair-accessible, with a lift taking visitors to the top, or alternatively, a flight of stairs is available.

Around 100 market stalls focus on local and environmentally conscious products, inviting visitors to stroll, browse and hunt for gifts. Refreshments are provided by various food stalls and the spacious fondue chalet, which seats up to 600 people and serves cheese from various mountain regions. A varied entertainment programme with elements of surprise and an atmospheric candlelit ritual on Sundays round off the experience.
